Terms and Conditions
First: General Registration Conditions
1. The applicant must fall within the age group accepted by the academy, with proof of age provided by a national ID or official birth certificate.
2. A copy of the national ID (or residency permit for non-citizens) must be submitted.
3. The registration form must be fully completed either in person or through the academy's website, including disclosure that the player is free from chronic illnesses or injuries, which is the guardian’s responsibility. The guardian’s signature is required if the player is under 18 years of age.
Second: Financial Commitments
1. Subscription fees must be paid according to the chosen plan (monthly/quarterly/annually), and on time.
2. Fees include: training, use of facilities, and basic sports uniform.
3. Fees are non-refundable once the training program has started, except in emergency medical cases documented with a medical report. In such cases, the academy must be notified, and the designated forms must be filled. The subscriber may defer participation once per month.
4. The academy reserves the right to revise fees at the start of any new training cycle with prior notice.
5. Missed training sessions are forfeited and will not be compensated, except under conditions stated in clause 3 of the Financial Commitments.
Third: Conduct and Behavioral Regulations
1. Full commitment to attendance at scheduled training and matches.
2. Respecting instructions from coaches and staff, and maintaining discipline on and off the field.
3. Use of inappropriate language or aggressive behavior toward peers or staff is strictly prohibited.
4. Wearing the official academy uniform during training and matches is mandatory.
5. Repeated violations may result in the player’s dismissal without any fee refunds.
Fourth: Medical Responsibility
1. The academy is not responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring outside official academy activities.
2. The guardian is fully responsible for covering medical expenses in case of injuries requiring special treatment.
3. Personal health insurance for the player is recommended at the guardian’s expense.
Fifth: Privacy and Media

. The academy reserves the right to photograph sports activities and publish images or videos for documentation or marketing purposes.
2. Guardians may request, in writing and in advance, to exclude the player from media exposure.
Sixth: Absence and Postponement
1. The academy must be notified in advance of any absence due to illness or personal reasons.
2. Repeated or unjustified absences may lead to temporary or permanent exclusion.
3. Missed training sessions due to personal absence will not be compensated.
Seventh: Withdrawal and Cancellation
1. If the player or guardian wishes to withdraw, a written notice must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
2. The academy is not obliged to refund fees after the program starts, except in special cases at the management’s discretion.
3. The academy has the right to suspend or cancel a player's membership for justified technical, medical, or behavioral reasons.
Eighth: Modifications and Administrative Authority
1. The academy reserves the right to adjust training schedules, activity locations, or training content when necessary, especially in response to weather changes or safety concerns, as deemed appropriate by the academy's management.
2. The management has the right to make any decisions necessary to ensure the safety and quality of the training program.
